Performance

You can get up to 379 horsepower and up to 516 pound-feet of torque from the available dual motor design. When it comes to towing, the EV9 is capable of towing up to 5,000 pounds near Visalia. If you choose RWD or e-AWD, you can get up to 304 miles of range on a full charge. The EV9 can use Level 2 Chargers at home and 350 kW DC fast chargers from 10 to 80% in 24 minutes.

Available Trims

Light RWD

The Light RWD offers a second-row bench with 230 miles of range. You get standard safety features like Blind-Spot and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Technology and Auto Emergency Braking, among other features.

Light Long Range RWD

This trim increases the range to 304 miles thanks to the larger 99.8 kWh battery. The second-row bench now comes with second-row Captain's Chairs.

Wind AWD

The Wind AWD comes equipped with dual-motor e-AWD and has improved ground clearance over base models. You also get dual sunroofs, roof rails, and other comfort features.

Land AWD

The Land AWD also comes with 2nd-row Captain's chairs and larger 20-inch wheels. You also get upgraded LED headlights, and the Land AWD offers the Blind-Spot View and Surround View Monitor.

GT-Line AWD

The GT-Line AWD builds on the Land AWD with improved torque and a self-leveling rear suspension system. You also get GT-Line trim changes along with GT-Line SynTex Seats and 21-inch Black and Dark Silver Wheels, among other features.

Interior & Exterior

With three rows of seats, the Kia EV9 can fit up to six or seven, depending on the second row. You also get plenty of cargo space, and the rear seats can fold down to accommodate more cargo. The first and second rows can have lounge seats with power leg rests. They also offer heated and ventilated seating for added comfort.

Technology

Between the two screens, you can get up to 30 inches of screens as part of the Digital Cockpit. The EV9 gets automatic Over-the-Air updates to the software that can add infotainment features and help the battery manage the power over time. There's even an available 12-inch head-up display that can show directions and other key driving information right where you need it. To assist you with parking, the EV9 can come with the Remote Smart Parking Assist 2, which can automatically park the EV9 at a press of a button to assist you with small parking spaces.

Safety

The EV9 has advanced Auto Emergency Braking technology that scans the road ahead and detects potential collisions. You also get plenty of standard driver-assist and safety features that use sensors and cameras to detect what's around you.
